One of Duarte’s senior creative leaders, Doug is a writer, facilitator, and executive speaker coach with over fifteen years of experience working with a variety of speakers and audiences. As an award-winning writer, Doug helps build presentations that change the world, influence thinking, or sell revolutionary products. As an Executive Speaker Coach, he helps awaken natural talents, sharpen communication styles, and strengthen confidence in speakers of all experience levels. When not working with clients, Doug helps train and develop a diverse, passionate team of storytellers and coaches within Duarte.

Anne Marie Rhoades, Sr. Content Developer

Anne Marie’s communications career spans 12 years across every level of political campaigns, state and federal legislatures, and the nonprofit arts and culture sector, and includes nationwide issue messaging, keynote addresses, legislation, print publications, reports, and more stump speeches than she can count. Her specialty is crafting communications tools that empower all individuals to tell their own stories; that experience and her love of rapid response and brainstorming feel right at home at Duarte. Anne Marie lives in Philadelphia and has a no-longer-professionally-necessary Master of Public Administration at the University of Pennsylvania.
