Water.org wanted to raise awareness about the water crisis in Haiti (this project happened prior to the devastating earthquakes). Combining photography with animation, Duarte created a short video using water as both a visual and metaphorical aperture through which we glimpse the physical and emotional impact of the country’s systemic crisis.
