Motion Graphics Specialist

Duarte is looking for sharp Motion Graphics Artists and Designers to support the design and delivery of media projects for our clients.

You are an expert motion graphics artist that knows elegance in motion is embedded in the details. You enjoy the whole design process from concepting and brainstorming ideas to building storyboards all the way to putting our mad skills to work to execute the project. You’re obsessive about creative work that emotionally grabs your audience. You not only have a sharp design eye but you can think and create in fluid motion integrated with sound. You should be adept with AfterEffects and possess strong compositing skills. Experience with Cinema 4D is also highly desirable.

Whether working from a storyboard, script, or rough concepts, you can quickly and accurately deliver design solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.

Excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of design processes and creative workflow are essential. You are proactive in your follow-up and only make commitments you can keep. You must have a superior ability to translate creative and functional requirements to design executions. You will be collaborating as part of our internal multimedia team and taking direction from our Producers and Multimedia Director. We are definitely looking forward to having your voice in the mix.

This is a contract (project-based) opportunity. Local candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area are preferred as some of the work will be on-site, but we are open to working remotely with top talent.
